Sometimes setting the body of your page into a table makes it a lot easier to read and gives you a lot more choices when it comes to text color. I took the background color of this block of text directly from the image. If you like it and wish to use it, it is color #D1D1DD, and the drop shadow color is set to gray.

I have set this Block of text into a DIV tag for a little bit of special effect using Microsoft Filters. You can find code for some of these nifty effects to use here
