Animals and wildlife are my favorites for making backgrounds. This shot of a llama was taken in Colorado near Buckhorn Canyon in April of 2007. This guy was exuding in personality and I just had to have a closeup of him. The untouched image made a wonderful print for my walls.

Sometimes setting the body of your page into a table makes it a lot easier to read and gives you a lot more choices when it comes to text color. I took the background color of this block of text directly from the image. If you like it and wish to use it, it is color #f7f7f5, and the drop shadow color is set to #c9c7c3.

I have set this Block of text into a DIV tag for a little bit of special effect using Microsoft Filters. You can find code for some of these nifty effects to use here. If you happen to be viewing this page with something other than Internet Explorer, you are not going to be able to see these effects.
